Business Assistance Coordinator

Edgar attended the University of Missouri- Kansas City where he received his Bachelor’s of Business Administration, with an emphasis in Finance. Edgar assists the team in offering counseling to small businesses, assisting in managing the Impacto micro-lending program for our small businesses, as well as developing the workshops and programs that HEDC offers for businesses. Edgar is very passionate about helping the community he grew up in because he believes the Latinx community should be able to have resources to help achieve social and financial mobility.
