The Under the Bridge Pop-Up events is a community economic development initiative that HEDC sponsored in 2022. It is part of our response to the adverse effects of the COVID Pandemic that impacted the health and economic situation of many Latinos and all citizens in Kansas City. Our goal is to facilitate the union of diverse cultures through food, art, and entertainment with the participation of our entire community.
