HEDC BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM FACTS
In 2004 HEDC began using Biz-Trakker, a nationally recognized client relationship system that tracks clients and connects organizations with other networks. HEDC can also analyze and report results to showcase the organizations successes and importance to stakeholders. HEDC utilizes Biz-Trakker as a reliable system to track all business development related information needed to make fact-based program evaluation decisions.
