Financial Process Specialist

Prepares students for work in small and medium-sized businesses who have a need for a trained professional who can conduct basic financial processes used in banking, accounting and the financial industry.

Instructional Technology Fundamentals of Office Administration

Prepares students for employment in entry-level office and administrative positions or to operate small business office functions. Students will learn how to use desktop software and conduct administrative solutions in an office environment. Students successfully completing this program will be prepared to work in various office environments.

Launch Program

Provides financial education, case management, education planning, and other training related to college success. The program utilizes matched-saving incentives through special accounts (IDAs) for students who wish to pursue education past high school in an accredited university, college or trade school. Program trains participants to develop a budget and set goals: establish regular savings habits, and successfully save for and attend college or trade school.

Post-Secondary Education

Available to individuals that are needing to take their GED test at an approved site (CUE Northeast).

CompTIA A+

Provides technical assistance to computer system users. They answer questions or resolve computer problems for clients in person, via telephone or from remote location. Assistance is also provided with the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, word processing, electronic mail, and operating systems.
