Norma Loya

Digital Literacy Instructor

Norma Loya is originally from Chihuahua, Mexico, where she finished her studies as an Accounting Assistant. She moved to Kansas City, KS in 2002. She received her Associate Degree in Education from Kansas City Kansas Community College. She is currently studying for her Bachelor’s Degree in Organization Leadership at Donnelly College.

Norma has worked for the past five years with the Hispanic community of Kansas City (MO & KS) through her own business, Loyal Academy. She enjoys being part of the HEDC team working as a Digital Literacy Program Instructor. She is proud to be involved in the development of the Hispanic community through Digital Literacy.
